After booking your sitter, when you go to your Dashboard you may see that next to the appointment the status is “Pending”. This means that the sitter has received an email to notify them they have been booked, and soon they will confirm the booking! Don’t worry, this will be done soon and then the “Pending” appointment status will be changed to “Confirmed”!
If for any reason the sitter you booked is unable to confirm the booking, for any bookings that are made more than 24 hours before we will find a Substitute Sitter for your booking and it will be confirmed soon!
