Bookings Made Under 24 Hours Before the Start Time

For bookings more than 3 hours and less than 24 hours away from the booking time, you can request a specific sitter. It is the same process as making a regular booking.  The only difference is that it requires admin approval and will incur an additional Last Minute Fee (automatically added to the total). 

Due to the last minute nature of the booking, we cannot guarantee a babysitter but we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Once the sitter confirms the booking, you will be charged for the booking and you will be set to go! 

Last Minute Bookings Less Than 3 Hours Away

Less than 3 hours away from a booking, you will be unable to request a sitter online and the following notice will pop-up. 

“It looks like we’ve gotten really close to the start time of your requested booking. To make sure we can confirm a babysitter for you, please reach out to our amazing admin staff and they’ll be able to help.”

In these cases, feel free to Contact Us to inquire about booking a sitter and we would be happy to help as much as possible! If we are able to find a sitter for the booking, we will create the booking for you and send a link to pay, and the Last Minute Fee will be automatically added.
