For the safety and privacy of our families and sitters, contact information is not shared until 24 hours before the appointment. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before which will contain a link to the sitter’s profile, and it will now have the Contact information available.
The “Notes” section on the Booking Payment Page is a great place to let the sitter know about details they should know for that specific booking! We also highly recommend Filling Out Your Profile as much as possible so that the sitter knows all the important information (Such as any pets, allergies, favorite superheroes, etc.)
If more than 24 hours before the appointment you would like to let the sitter know about any new information or would like to ask the sitter questions, feel free to Contact Us and we will be sure that everyone receives the information they need.
