About Broadway Babysitters
We are an arts-focused childcare company led by an ensemble of expert childcare professionals. Our personally vetted and individually trained playmakers bring the stage to our childcare matinees and on-site care, drawing on their skills to help kids meet the world with wonder and cast themselves in any role they imagine. We are so proud to partner with Manhattan Theater Club as well as our childcare matinee program partners PAAL (Parent Artists Advocacy League) to make this event happen! We can’t wait to care for your little ones while you enjoy the show!
About our Sitters
All of our sitters are referred to us by someone we know! From there, we interview them, check references and background check them. After that, if we feel they would be a good fit to join our family as a babysitter, our team CPR and Special Needs train them and get them set up so that you can feel confident your kids are a safe and will have a wonderful time. In addition to the wonderful sitters, an Event Manager (also a trained and experience childcare provider) helps check your kids in and is extra focus on safety and overseeing the event for whatever may be needed. Your kids get individualized attention with the added layer of support.
What is the age range for care?
Children any age 3 months – 18 years old are welcome to join! We will have safety, care and play materials for every age! Have an infant? No problem! We’ll have infant specialized sitter ready to take care of your little one along with appropriate care and play materials. We’ve got everything they need for you to feel safe and for them to have a BLAST!
Requesting Childcare Support:
If you are interested in childcare on the day of the show, here are the next steps!
- Fill out the link below to request childcare
- Wait for a Response Email from Broadway Babysitters that we are holding your spot with a link to purchase tickets. Our Team will hold your childcare spot for 3 days (72 hours), and once we receive your seat number(s) and ticket confirmation we will confirm your childcare spot
NOTE: Space is Limited and Pre-Registration Required. If we have reached capacity, you will notified that you have been added to the waitlist for care
- In the confirmation email from Broadway Babysitters, you will receive an email with more information about the day of the show!
All responsibility for children is solely on subcontractors of Broadway Babysitters LLC and does not involve PAAL or Manhattan Theatre Club. No caregiver service will be provided by the partnering organizations (including PAAL and Manhattan Theatre Club)
