Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, your membership subscription can be canceled at any time from your account page. You will retain access to the website and booking functionality until your billing cycle completes.
Do I get access to lesson add-ons?
All our membership plans include the possibility to expand your bookings with additional lessons. Our sitters can teach your kids dance, singing, acting, piano, guitar, etc. You can filter our sitters to find the ones that offer the lessons you’re interested in. During the booking process, you’ll be able to add the desired lessons as extra add-ons.
I don’t want a subscription.
Your membership subscription can be canceled at any time after signing up. Once canceled, your membership will not renew automatically and will expire on the expiration date. Once expired, you will no longer have access to book our babysitters through the website. You may renew your membership at any time to reactivate your account.
Do you offer special pricing for professional artists?
Yes! As a theater/film/tv professional, you’ve earned a Backstage pass! Email us proof of your union membership card or a professionally-printed program to [email protected] and we’ll make sure to hook you up with discounted prices on memberships and bookings.
Do you offer a special needs package not for children?
Yes, we do – it’s called Creative Companions. Let our family be companions to your special needs loved ones! Please contact us. We like to tailor the experience to each person individually.
